RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not accept returns. We have a 10-day refund request policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must show proof the item was damaged prior to delivery or explain your circumstance. Please note refunds are based on our discretion and are not guaranteed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
